The Villa is equiped with full=time, year round staff which includes one maid and a handyman. For larger parties, a second maid is added to the staff. Also, there is an English speaking property manager who helps guests with all their needs, ranging from scheduling airport pick up, renting golf carts to hiring baby sitters. She will also help you stock the villa in advance of your arrival.
STAFF
Manager of Golf Villa 119
- We have an English speaking manager who helps our guests with any and all their needs, questions and problems ranging from renting golf carts, to putting guests in touch with our special driver for airport transportation or hiring baby sitters.
- Her involvement begins as soon as a reservation is confirmed. She, or the owner, help guests plan the optimum air travel plans, e.g., which airports to consider, airport transportation options, etc.
- Our manager coordinates meeting guests on arrival, registering them at the hotel, and taking them to the villa.
- She can also purchase a limited supply of food and beverage for guests to have on hand for their arrival at the villa. (e.g., breakfast food, beer, wine, snacks, etc.) These items are not included in your rental agreement and you will have to pay the Villa Manager in cash or check at the time receipts are presented.
Maid/Housekeeper and House Boy
- Golf Villa 119 is staffed with a full time day maid/housekeeper and houseboy. For larger parties, a 2nd maid is employed.
- Depending on the wishes of our guests, the maid typically prepares breakfast and lunch (food provided by the guests). Special arrangements can be made to have her stay later to prepare dinner. (in that case, there will be an additional charge and for her transportation/taxi)
- The maid cleans the villa daily including fresh linen and towel service. Golf Villa 119 has a laundry facility as well and the maid is happy to handle your laundry and ironing needs.
- The staff leaves in the evening, but arrangements may be made at an additional nominal charge for them to work later and stay overnight in the staff bedroom of the Villa.
- The staff’s hours are typically 8 to 4PM. However you may request that the Housekeeper/s work earlier (e.g. if you have earlier tee times) or later (to serve drinks, etc.).
- The houseboy cleans the pool everyday, maintains the area around the pool and the grounds, and assists the maid in cleaning the villa.
Additional staff is available for babysitting, massage therapy, butler, driver, chef, etc. (Contact the manager when you arrive for questions or to schedule).
WiFi service available throughout the Villa.
